This bot and community are integral to our service, providing a reliable and organized means of managing dog care commitments within your local area. 

5. Comprehensive User Responsibilities

As a user of Ryu App, you pledge to provide a safe and loving environment for dogs in your care. You must present your capabilities and availability for dog care services honestly and commit to the well-being of the dogs you interact with. Adherence to schedules and service agreements is imperative. Non-compliance with these responsibilities could result in consequences ranging from warnings to account suspension or termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the infraction.

6. Content Ownership, Use, and Permissions

Your contributions to our community through Facebook and WhatsApp—be it photos, messages, or comments—are owned by you. However, by sharing this content, you grant Ryu App a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content within the community and in promotional materials. We respect your ownership rights, and our use of your content is solely to enrich the community experience and promote the service.

It is explicitly understood and agreed by the users that Ryu App does not directly or indirectly engage in or become a party to any contractual relationships, nor does it fulfill any obligations derived from the peer-to-peer arrangements made between the users of the service.

Accordingly, Ryu App shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other consequence resulting from:

• The use of the platform, including but not limited to interactions with other users, reliance on the credibility of users, or the quality and suitability of the services arranged via the platform.
• Any actions, omissions, or misconduct of any user or third party.
• Unauthorized access to, alteration of, or the misuse of personal data or content posted by you or any other user.
• Technical malfunctions, errors, delays, or disruptions affecting the use and functionality of the platform.
• The suspension, termination, or other actions taken with respect to a user’s account.

While Ryu App endeavors to maintain a secure and functional service, users acknowledge that there are risks inherent in using an online platform for connecting with others and exchanging services. Users hereby release Ryu App, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors, from claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with the aforementioned risks.
