- Clearly communicate your expectations, availability, and any special instructions or preferences related to dog care services, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement.
Accountability:
- Take responsibility for your actions and commitments within the community.
- Honor scheduled dog care services, communicate promptly about any changes or cancellations, and strive to resolve disputes or conflicts in a respectful and constructive manner.
Safety and Well-being:
- Prioritize the safety, health, and well-being of all dogs in your care, adhering to established safety protocols and best practices.
- Report any concerns about the welfare or treatment of dogs to Ryu App support promptly, ensuring the well-being of all community members’ pets.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other community members, refraining from sharing personal information or contact details without explicit consent.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared within the community, including personal stories, experiences, or discussions.
Compliance with Laws:
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dog care services, animal welfare, and online conduct.
- Ensure that all dog care activities conducted through Ryu App comply with local ordinances, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Provide constructive feedback, suggestions, and ideas to help improve the Ryu App platform and community.
- Engage in productive discussions and brainstorming sessions with other community members to identify areas for enhancement and implement positive changes.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment:
- We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of harmful behavior within the Ryu App community.
- Any instances of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be promptly addressed, investigated, and appropriately addressed, including account suspension or termination.

I understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.
